About the Role

Join Brookdale Northwest Hills, a 124-apartment assisted living and memory care community in Austin, TX. We are seeking experienced Medication Technicians for full-time and part-time openings across all shifts. Responsibilities

  • Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
  • Observe and report patient responses to supervisor.
  • Ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean.
  • Assist with medication cart audits and provide accurate medication counts.
  • Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be an experienced Medication Technician.
  • Must have state regulations and completion of required training/certification.
  • Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
  • Qualified associates must have been with Brookdale for at least a year to be eligible for naturalization fee advancement.
