About the Role
As a building services technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for buildings and technical systems, ensuring reliable operation. You will conduct regular checks, identify technical faults early, perform minor repairs, and support maintenance and upkeep of building services. You will also report and coordinate necessary repairs, liaising with the property management, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training, e.g., as an installation mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (SHK), electronics technician for energy and building technology, or mechatronics technician.
- Professional experience as a building services technician, technical building manager, or installation mechanic in managing buildings and technical systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge in sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, or electrical engineering is ideal.
- Basic IT and MS Office skills.
- Valid driver's license class B.
- Manual dexterity.
