About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager for Building Construction (m/f/d) to manage and oversee various construction and renovation projects from planning to handover.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction and renovation projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate costs, deadlines, and quality, and manage involved planners, service providers, and project partners.
- Act as owner's representative and support planning, tendering, and awarding processes.
- Review planning and execution documents, conduct project meetings, and ensure clear documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and deadlines, and oversee acceptances and the handling of defects and warranty issues.
Requirements
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable construction-related field.
- Professional experience as a Construction Project Manager or Construction Project Manager in managing and implementing construction projects.
- Knowledge of project management, ideally in construction and contract law, and HOAI or AHO.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ideally with knowledge of MS Project.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Structured and independent work style, organizational and communication skills, and decisiveness and assertiveness.
