About the Role
Oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Control store expenses.
- Oversee shrink, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Manage staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
- Must be able to climb ladders.
- Must be able to set up fixtures.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
