About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, your focus is to expand the Workplace business with our most important clients and to provide technical advice to our sales colleagues and end customers. Together with internal interfaces and partners, you will develop individual strategies to offer the customer the best possible solution. The focus is on technical advice and processing inquiries related to the workplace (PCs, monitors, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, etc.).

Responsibilities

You will take over nationwide, technical presales on Workplace Hardware for our most important customers.
You will recommend the optimal devices both technically and commercially for the respective customer situation and conduct corresponding workshops with our customers.
You will take over technical project management in tender situations.
You will maintain central databases, such as product matrices and CRM systems, and also keep an eye on the competition.
You will lead performance measurements of Workplace Hardware in our modern test lab in Kerpen.
You will coordinate all internally and externally required resources to guarantee the achievement of goals.

Requirements

Sound experience in a sales or sales-related function in the workplace environment.
Very good rhetoric and presentation skills in German and English.
High willingness to learn and pronounced knowledge of the market and associated sales strategies, especially in the area of Workplace Hardware and associated infrastructures.
Hands-on mentality paired with sales excellence.
Convincing through innovation, confident demeanor, and responsibility.
