About the Role

Contribute to the stability and further development of modern IT platforms by operating and advancing high-performance operating environments for customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure stable operation and further development of platforms and applications in customer environments.
Work according to DevOps and GitOps principles and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of operating processes.
Take on tasks in incident management and ensure smooth operation together with the team.
Automate recurring tasks and processes using tools like Ansible or Terraform.
Administer and operate Linux and Windows systems as well as web applications.
Collaborate closely with development teams and other stakeholders.
Actively participate in agile working methods, such as Scrum.

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship or degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
Sound practical experience (2-5 years) in IT operations, ideally with a focus on several of the following areas: Administration and operation of Linux and Windows system landscapes, Operation, administration, or development of web applications, Operation and continuous development of platforms according to DevOps and GitOps principles, Automation of infrastructure and processes (e.g., with Ansible and/or Terraform), Use and operation of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Practical experience in incident management.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ideally their practical application.
Structured, solution-oriented way of working and teamwork skills.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
