Responsibilities
- Plan and implement complex IT system solutions and document them.
- Resolve errors using expert and diagnostic systems.
- Analyze and develop networks with a focus on IT security.
- Automate system administration using various scripting languages.
- Provide technical advice, support, and training to clients and users.
Requirements
- Middle school diploma, Abitur, or equivalent qualification.
- Mathematical and technical aptitude.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
- Enjoy teamwork and independent problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client assignments.
- Ideally, some prior practical experience (e.g., from a school internship).
- If you have prior experience (Abitur, studies, or previous training), your apprenticeship may be shortened to two years under certain conditions. Indicate this interest in your application.
