As a DevOps Consultant w/m/d at Computacenter, you will develop future-oriented platform solutions based on modern container, automation, and observability technologies, thereby shaping sustainable, scalable IT landscapes.

Responsibilities

Build and operate modern IT platforms that make development teams sustainably more efficient.
Design future-proof platform solutions for automating hybrid data center infrastructures.
Work with Kubernetes-based technologies and design high-performance, scalable container platforms.
Implement innovative observability solutions, thereby significantly contributing to the transparency and performance of IT landscapes.
Collaborate closely with our clients' hardware, software development, and operations teams in a dynamic and constantly growing DevOps environment.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a Natural Science, or equivalent qualification such as IT specialist.
Several years of experience in the field of DevOps or data center platforms.
In-depth knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, or comparable technologies, as well as experience with source code management tools like GitLab or GitHub.
Proficient use of container-based platforms such as Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, or comparable solutions.
Interest in observability and initial experience with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Elasticsearch is advantageous.
Ideally, existing certifications in the DevOps field, e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat OpenShift Administrator.
