About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will support top companies in Germany within our sales department, ensuring customer satisfaction and actively participating in digitalization efforts in an international work environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding quote creation and/or order processing.
- Communicate with and support business partners across all media channels.
- Act as a liaison between sales, technical experts, internal interfaces, suppliers, and manufacturers, including in international contexts.
- Manage master data maintenance and general tasks related to exclusive customer support.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or comparable qualification and professional experience in inside sales.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess strong teamwork skills.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
