About the Role
As an Inside Sales Customer Executive (w/m/d), you will be the central point of contact between our customers, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth quotation and order processing. You will actively contribute to digitalization and work in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with distributors, manufacturers, and internal interfaces
- Creation of customer-specific offers and processing of time-critical inquiries
- Management and optimization of customer-specific inventory
- Identification and implementation of process improvements and project participation
- Support of international customers and assistance with international projects
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or a degree with professional experience
- Knowledge in offer creation and order processing
- Experience in process or support management is desirable
- Strong relationship management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in German and English for interaction with diverse target groups
- Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
