About the Role

Team Leaders play a critical role in helping deliver justice and this role will enable you to demonstrate and develop your leadership skills. You will be responsible for making sure your team deliver business objectives through providing excellent administrative support and customer service to service users, judiciary and management.

Responsibilities

  • Confidence in analysing data to make informed decisions to improve and maintain performance.
  • Ability to use IT and learn new systems.
  • Must be able to work in the UK.
  • Must have and maintain the legal right to live and work in the UK.

Experience Level

  • New recruits to the Civil Service joining MoJ are expected to join at the band minimum.

Salary/Compensations

  • £33,551 - £35,564
