About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers, ensuring a positive brand impression and fostering customer loyalty. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour. This vacancy is advertised for East Sheen and Hampton Hill ONLY.
Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
- Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns.
- Supporting the wider shop team with tasks such as checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply due to working time regulations.
- Ability to meet location requirements for East Sheen and Hampton Hill.
- Must be able to provide accurate working hours availability.
- Must be able to apply for ONE vacancy with 'Various London Branches' in the title.
- Some roles are subject to pre-employment vetting, which may include DBS checks.
