About the Role

Jim Beam is seeking a Global Associate Digital Brand Manager to support the brand's digital activation globally, beginning with the transformation of our global digital channels. The ideal candidate is a passionate brand builder with an elevated understanding of how to effectively leverage the digital eco-system and digital tools to support brand communication programming.

Responsibilities

  • Build a robust and engaged Jim Beam social community
  • Develop and execute ambitious social media strategy for global channels
  • Build and execute breakthrough global content creator strategy, designed to deliver ROI across brand equity and sales
  • Own enhancement and management of global brand website
  • Lead amplification of global comms and creative via paid, owned and earned digital activity
  • Drive amplification of global efforts via delivery of clear social and content creator guidelines to global markets
  • Support of local digital leads as they adapt and adopt global strategy and assets
  • Define and own digital marketing KPIs
  • Lead development of CRM program and serve to support agency management of such program

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a consumer products company, marketing agency, publisher or technology firm
  • If experience is on the brand-side, must have led external agencies or consultants and subsequently understand resources (time and budget) required to execute initiatives
  • Prior experience developing foundational strategies and road maps
  • Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Strong presentation skills & ability to teach others across different levels of expertise & experience

Skills

  • Deep knowledge & awareness of social media best practices and industry trends
  • Experience developing and executing content creator strategy and track record of delivering ROI and brand value through creators
  • Adequate knowledge of digital tools including those to create greater efficiency with creative development and adaptation (AI)
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep knowledge of paid/owned/earned social metrics
