About the Role

We are creating a new position to centrally coordinate cross-functional processes and communication within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe regarding regulatory topics. This role will ensure transparency by coordinating multiple projects, ensuring aligned results, and communicating these to the Sparkassen.

Responsibilities

Take on the central coordination function for regulatory topics within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and act as the central point of contact for all involved stakeholders.
Simultaneously support multiple projects, actively manage progress, identify risks early, and initiate appropriate measures to achieve goals.
Build, maintain, and continuously develop a central information and communication platform for Sparkassen, providing bundled information, materials, and templates.
Conceptualize and conduct training events, webinars, and workshops for Sparkassen, regional associations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and uniform implementation.
Coordinate the development of recommendations for action and selection for Sparkassen to ensure legally compliant and efficient implementation.
Coordinate the development of communication materials for addressing end customers.
Actively shape collaboration and exchange with central interfaces within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and ensure smooth coordination.
Prepare and represent presentations and decision proposals for internal and external committees.
Coordinate support for Sparkassen regarding condition adjustments and act as a competent point of contact for queries and operational challenges.

Requirements

Experienced in project management and coordination of complex, group-wide projects with numerous stakeholders.
Interested in legal and regulatory topics in the areas of General Terms and Conditions, contract law, or banking law, ideally with a connection to the financial industry.
Ideally well-equipped for our position with a successfully completed degree (e.g., in law, business administration, business law, or comparable) and relevant professional experience.
Strong communication skills, capable of preparing complex issues in a target-group-oriented and understandable manner.
Structured, solution-oriented, and able to maintain an overview and set priorities in a dynamic environment with many participants and diverse subject areas (law, communication, and technology).
Proficient in using standard project management and collaboration tools, as well as MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
A true team player with assertiveness, reliability, and a customer-oriented approach, who builds trust and inspires people.
Motivated to make a significant contribution to relieving the burden on individual Sparkassen.
