About the Role
MedWave Healthcare Staffing is seeking CNAs interested in transitioning into an HHA role with an established assisted living community. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who enjoy working with seniors but are looking for a more manageable workload than typically found in a traditional long-term care facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- Support mobility and daily routines
- Promote resident independence, comfort, and dignity
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Work collaboratively with the assisted living care team
Requirements
- CNA certification/experience
- Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
