Responsibilities
- Address members’ financial needs
- Demonstrate leadership in the community
- Support the continued growth of the local office
- Recruit, train, and develop other financial representatives (potential expansion of role)
Requirements
- Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges
- Possessing a competitive nature
- Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand
- SIE Certification or Willingness to Quickly Obtain
- Life/Health License or Willingness to Quickly Obtain

- Approximately $97,000–$192,000 annually (commission and performance-based incentives, actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed)
