About the Role
Manage the end-to-end scheduling of repair works across a designated geographical or service area, ensuring work orders are allocated with the correct priority, trade, and sequence. Support Camden's compliance with Awaab's Law by prioritizing, monitoring, and progressing damp, mould, and health-related repair cases within required timescales. Contribute to a consistent, resident-focused repairs service by maintaining accurate records and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling of repair works
- Allocate work orders to the right operative with the correct priority, trade, and sequence
- Work closely with supervisors, operatives, contractors, and other operational teams to maximise productivity and minimise delays
- Support Camden's compliance with Awaab's Law by prioritizing, monitoring, and progressing damp, mould, and health-related repair cases within required timescales
- Maintain accurate repair records
- Ensure effective communication and robust scheduling processes
- Contribute to a consistent, resident-focused repairs service
- Focus on delivering excellent customer experience, right-first-time repairs, and continuous service improvement
Requirements
- Organised and proactive planner
- Experience in repairs, maintenance, housing, scheduling, or workforce planning
- Ability to coordinate complex workloads
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands
- Ability to find practical solutions to operational challenges
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Comfortable managing competing priorities
- Ability to use systems and data to make informed decisions, monitor performance, and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales
- Pride in maintaining accurate records
- Commitment to delivering positive outcomes for residents
- Willingness to learn and develop within a high-performing operational team
- Basic DBS check required
