- Stay hands-on by designing solutions, writing code, reviewing pull requests, and setting the technical standard for the team.
- Own the team's delivery, managing planning, estimation, release, and support, while balancing new features with quality and technical debt.
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer and partner needs into technical solutions and clear team priorities.
- Engage with customers, partners, and system integrators to understand their processes and develop reusable, standard solutions.
- Promote agile methodologies and sound engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and documentation.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development within the team, establishing best practices, sharing workflows, and maintaining high quality.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot or Node.js/TypeScript, and with React and TypeScript.
- Solid background in enterprise integration, including REST APIs, data mapping and transformation, event-driven integration, and messaging.
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards like OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and knowledge of their responsible use in a team.
