About the Role
Join our fast-paced creative team as a Junior Designer, playing a pivotal role in bringing marketing and branding campaigns to life across digital and print. You will brainstorm concepts, leverage AI to optimize creative output, and maintain our iconic brand identity. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and push the boundaries of a beauty brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visually appealing and functional designs for marketing and branding campaigns.
- Develop and support team with designs for digital and print platforms.
- Support senior designers in executing design projects.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design materials.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Collaborate with channel teams to meet project goals.
- Prepare files for production and ensure quality standards are met.
- Contribute to multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Discuss creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Incorporate and champion AI practices to optimize both output and processes.
Requirements
- Proactive, ambitious, and energetic designer.
- 1-2 years of experience in design roles.
- Beauty experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience of typography, layout, accessibility, and colour theory.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and collaborate with teams.
- Motivated by a fast-paced environment.
- Great at multitasking.
- Passion for learning and growing within the field of design.
