About the Role
This role offers two tracks: Data Engineering and Digital Engineering, both within the same graduate community and training program. You will work directly with industry leaders, gain exposure to a wide variety of projects and clients, and develop skills spanning consulting, technology, operations, strategy, and financial services. Responsibilities
- Gathering business requirements
- Analyzing data
- Supporting enterprise-level system implementations
- Building reports and dashboards
- Testing new functionality
- Helping clients optimize their technology ecosystems
- Designing and delivering technology solutions
- Understanding business and user requirements
- Helping design technical solutions
- Developing and configuring applications
- Working with APIs and data
- Investigating technical issues
- Supporting the release of solutions into client environments
- Contributing to workshops
- Demonstrating solutions
- Helping translate business problems into practical, scalable technology outcomes
Requirements
- Predicted or achieved a 2:1 or above in a STEM discipline (ideally Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Chemistry)
- Available to start full time in August 2027
- Genuine interest in consulting and the insurance industry
- Enjoy solving problems and thinking analytically
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn
- Communicate clearly and work well with others
- Excited by working in a collaborative, high-performing and sociable environment
