About the Role
As an Expansion Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, Operations, Product, and Marketing by working on real projects, learning from experienced teammates, and contributing to the launch and scaling of new markets globally. You will support the launch and growth of services in Germany and contribute to global expansion projects, experiencing diverse applications of Via's reimagined public transportation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to project planning for setting up Via-enabled mobility services for new partners.
- Lead testing efforts for new global launches and provide ongoing support for project success.
- Ensure the engineering team receives necessary feedback for product development.
- Leverage in-house product, operational, and marketing knowledge to assist partners and contribute to scaling growth.
- Collaborate with teams in Berlin, Paris, London, and New York to test and implement product improvements.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial and proactive problem-solver.
- Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable taking on responsibility.
- Willing to work on projects of all types.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to adjust to various stakeholders.
- Eager and available to travel for field tests.
- Fluency in English and German (C2 or above) is required.
