About the Role
As an Expansion Working Student, you will gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, Operations, Product, and Marketing by working on real projects and learning from experienced teammates. You will support the launch and growth of Via's services in Germany and contribute to global expansion projects, experiencing diverse applications of public transportation reimagining.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to project planning for setting up Via-enabled mobility services for new partners.
- Lead testing efforts for new global launches and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure the engineering team receives necessary feedback for product improvement.
- Leverage in-house product, operational, and marketing knowledge to assist partners and contribute to scaling growth.
- Collaborate with teams in Berlin, Paris, London, and New York to test and implement product improvements.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial and proactive problem-solver.
- Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable taking on responsibility.
- Willing to work on projects of all types.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to adjust to various stakeholders.
- Eager and available to travel for field tests when needed.
- Fluency in English and German (C2 or above) is required.

Salary/Compensations
- €15/hour
- €2,300 - 2,400 gross per month (based on a 40-hour week)
