- Partner with Design and Campaigns to translate ideas into feasible, manufacturable products.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships for evergreen products, focusing on cost, quality, and lead times.
- Implement a faster, more flexible approach for campaign merchandise with greater supplier optionality.
- Own framework agreements, contracts, and NDAs, and develop a preferred supplier portfolio and supplier guidelines.
- Define quality standards and scalable QA processes, including defect handling, root-cause analysis, and multi-country labeling and certification compliance.
- Act as a key contact for merchandise quality issues from CS, retail, and customers.
- Own the merchandise product taxonomy, attributes, and cross-sell relationships.
- Provide enriched product data to Design and Campaign/Activation teams.
- Equip Finance with landed cost sheets and PO/commitment reporting.
- Support freight/forwarder decisions to optimize shipping costs and timelines.
- Build repeatable sourcing processes and supplier performance metrics to support international growth.

- Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and pricing across multiple countries.
- Established relationships with, or ability to quickly build, manufacturers across the EU and Asia.
- Experience setting up QA frameworks, defect/root-cause processes, and multi-country labeling and certification requirements.
- Comfortable building landed-cost models and PO/commitment tracking.
