About the Role

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements

Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
Minimum age requirement is 21.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Prior retail management experience is required.
Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
Ability to climb ladders.
Ability to set up fixtures.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
