About the Role
Seeking Food Service Workers and Supervisors for a busy senior living setting. This is a great opportunity for growth in the Contract Dining Services Industry with a great team and flexible schedules. Metz Culinary Management is growing and has openings for passionate Culinary and Hospitality Team Members. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a DAILY PAY option.
Responsibilities
- Plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
- Assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef Menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients
- Ensure patients and residents receive in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles
- Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
- Assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays
Requirements
- Hospitality experience is desired
- Must bring a strong work ethic
- Must bring a SMILE
- Must enjoy working in a TEAM environment
- Willing to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
- Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
- Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
- Able to work and thrive in a team environment
- Requires background checks and drug screening
