About the Role
As a Bar Waiter, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering engaging, refined, and intuitive service. You will take ownership of your section, build genuine relationships with guests, and demonstrate expert knowledge of the bar’s offerings. Through your passion for hospitality and attention to detail, you will contribute to the success of Scarfes Bar while upholding the exceptional standards of Rosewood London.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalised service that exceeds guest expectations and creates lasting impressions.
- Develop extensive knowledge of the beverage and food menus, confidently making recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
- Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages efficiently, and ensure all service standards are consistently maintained.
- Build strong guest relationships, respond to feedback professionally, and resolve any concerns with care and confidence.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout all front and back of house areas.
- Work collaboratively with bar, kitchen, and service teams to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Requirements

- You have experience working within a high-quality bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.

- You are proactive, motivated, and eager to continuously develop your knowledge of food, beverages, and service excellence.
- In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
