About the Role
Support the Bartenders team to deliver an efficient and guest-focused bar service at Holborn Dining Room, Rosewood London.
Responsibilities
- Plan and arrange appropriate bar stock for the entire duration of the service.
- Support the Bar team to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
- Assist with the general cleanliness in the bar area.
- Prepare appropriate mise en place for efficient bar set up.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Organised and proactive in completing tasks.
- Refined grooming.
- Passion for beverage and the craft of cocktail making.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
