Lead a high-volume, full-service quick service concept built on best-in-class principles. You'll lead daily operations, develop your team, and drive real results while maintaining work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintain service quality and food safety standards.
- Build, mentor, and develop a strong management and crew team.
- Drive P&L performance through cost control and operational excellence.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all operational areas.

Requirements
- Proven success managing quick service or fast-casual restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams under pressure.
- Solid grasp of health, safety, and food service compliance requirements.
- Track record of improving profitability and managing multi-unit priorities.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and people development.

- $78K-$88K annually
