About the Role
Consilio is seeking a dynamic eDiscovery Solutions Architect to support our Digital Enterprise Platform, Aurora and other downstream systems. This role will focus on dataflows from Data Processing to Review, ensuring successful outcomes through technology.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on Consilio’s Digital Enterprise Platform, including features, integrations, and data management.
- Gain deep knowledge of enterprise data platforms such as M365 and Google, including challenges with emerging data types.
- Work with IG, Operations, Project Management, and Analytics resources to design documented workflows for data promotion, management, and transformation.
- Explore and gain expertise on key features and modules within supported platforms, including Review Platforms.
- Troubleshoot and formulate solutions for high complexity projects, alleviating potential bottlenecks, errors, and product limitations.
- Stay abreast of roadmaps, provide future feature requirements, and construct feedback for implemented offerings.
- Create technical implementation plans for client-specific and custom workflows.
- Present complex technology clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery with a rich understanding of data processing, deduplication, culling, and review platform support.
- Strong knowledge of key concepts surrounding AI and Analytics Technologies.
- Proactive and reactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of cross-departmental workflows and drive meaningful change.
