About the Role

As a Loan Consultant, you will actively promote and sell loan and protection products, understand customer needs to recommend financial solutions, and manage the sales process from application to closing. You will also build strong relationships, stay focused on sales goals, perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • Understanding customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions
  • Managing the entire sales process, both in person and virtually — from application to closing
  • Building strong relationships and earning trust through excellent service
  • Staying focused on individual and team sales goals
  • Performing credit assessments, processing payments, and managing overdue accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of work experience
