Responsibilities
- Individual support, development guidance, and regular feedback from an experienced mentor from the first day of employment.
- Refresher courses for legal trainees in cooperation with Kaiserseminare and Hemmer.
- Foreign elective station.

- Invitations to practice spotlight events of the practice groups, regular regulars' tables and coffee breaks, the JP Morgan run, Fluency Cup, firm parties, and the weekly sports program.
