About the Role
The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Management is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
- 8+ hours of standing/walking
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to set up fixtures
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail management experience is required

- Assistant Manager: Hourly rate starting at $22.00 per hour
- Store Manager: Hourly rate starting at $34.00 per hour

- Spirit Halloween is a brand that operates seasonal stores.
- This is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store.
- Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment.
- Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
- The application will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration.
- If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages.
- You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
