About the Role
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management Team in store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown.
- Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
- Generate sales.
- Perform sign waving.
- Conduct general housekeeping.
- Assist with merchandising.
- Handle signing and pricing.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Engage in loss prevention activities.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 16.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Ability to set up fixtures.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours.

Salary/Compensations
- Hourly rate starting at $17.60 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

- This is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. The application will be routed to the consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
