About the Role
This is a high-growth opportunity for an analytical professional looking to build a career in Capital Markets. Joining as an Analyst, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex debt facilities and see the full lifecycle of a securitisation facility. You won't just be checking data; you will be the one directly producing the institutional investor reports and operational deliverables that keep the capital behind a rapidly expanding leasing business flowing.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end production of institutional investor reports, facility utilisation tracking, and loan-level data tapes, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
- Facilitate facility cash sweeps by validating rental fees, termination totals, and buyback settlements across securitisation structures.
- Maintain asset lifecycle trackers to provide real-time visibility over reserve assets and borrowing base capacity.
- Monitor transaction covenants and performance triggers across securitisation facilities, flagging potential breaches.
- Lead reconciliations between granular loan-level data tapes and facility summary reports, and prepare materials for investor audit requests.
- Partner with Finance, Data, and Operations teams to validate data workflows and drive scalable improvements across reporting processes.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of work or internship experience in finance, or in a role that involved working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience building, auditing, or maintaining spreadsheet-based models and trackers to a solid working level.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a reporting deliverable from start to finish.
- A self-driven problem-solving mindset, with a genuine willingness to learn unfamiliar financial structures quickly.
- Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting data-driven findings to internal stakeholders.
- Genuine motivation to apply your financial and technical skillset to a business funding the transition to electric vehicles.
