About the Role

This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. This role uses data and analytics to identify opportunities across client segments and geographies and leads the strategic planning and execution of segment growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners
  • Work with the FCC Division leadership team
  • Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business
  • Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives
  • Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data/information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes
  • Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives
  • Partners with and influences senior leaders on strategic priorities
  • Champions organizational vision and values executing consistently to drive business results
  • Manages competing business and administrative priorities to optimize productivity, reduce performance variability, and achieve peak performance while influences key partners with a focus on relationship building to achieve desired business results
  • Training, coaching, and field leadership enablement
  • End-to-end management and support of community banking, student, and diverse segment events
  • Community partnership development and stakeholder engagement
  • Executive communication, influence, and feedback delivery
  • Cross-functional leadership, change management, program management, and operational execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or programs from planning through execution
  • Financial Center leadership experience at the Market Level
  • Experience using data and analytics to identify opportunities across client segments and geographies, derive insights, and measure outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that support business growth
  • Proactively builds trusted relationships and influences key partners and executives in a matrix environment
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and feedback skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and change management in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, manage ambiguity, and respond to changing circumstances
  • Effective time management with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with risk mitigation, operational excellence, and process management
  • Track record of success working in an environment with individual and/or team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded

Salary/Compensations

  • $117,500.00 - $185,000.00 annualized salary
  • Discretionary incentive eligible
  • Eligible for annual discretionary award based on performance, line of business performance, and company success
