We are seeking a .NET / AWS Technical Lead to design and build modern, responsive web applications and microservices using .NET and AWS cloud services. You will lead engineering teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, and daily agile ceremonies, and guide junior and mid-level developers.

Integrate, optimize, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and backend services.
Guide junior and mid-level developers, setting engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software design, development, and team leadership.
5+ years of experience in .NET, REST APIs, Microservices, and Entity Framework Core.
5+ years of experience with AWS Services: EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.
Familiarity with modern UI frameworks like React.js or Angular.
Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
