About the Role

Working as a Team Member, you will be key to making customers feel welcome and help to create the atmosphere needed to deliver a great gaming experience. MERKUR Slots is passionate about its customers and providing them with the best service.

Responsibilities

Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive activity.
Assist with administration tasks to 100% accuracy.
Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
Provide customer service in line with company standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate.
Interact with customers and intervene as appropriate, logging all interactions.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
Achieve, maintain, and impart great product knowledge to customers.
Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge 25.
Actively discourage harassment, victimisation, or discrimination against employees, management, or customers.

Requirements

Experience working in a retail, hospitality, or gambling environment.
Experience delivering excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Flexibility and dedication.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
Must be flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and Bank Holidays.
