About the Role
Join us as a Consumer Engagement Intern and play a crucial role in connecting with our valued customers across the globe. You'll support the Global Consumer Engagement Team by handling consumer feedback, including claims, quality issues, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You'll work with products ranging from Cosmetics and Food Supplements to Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals, collaborating with both in-house and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage consumer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Efficiently handle claims and reimbursements.
- Analyze consumer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Support the development of consumer engagement strategies.
- Maintain business relationships with external contractors.
- Participate in project meetings across various departments.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive "can do" attitude.
- Desire for continuous improvement.
- Team player with an enquiring mind.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in the UK (including a student visa that allows you to undertake an internship opportunity).
