About the Role

The Planning and Data Analyst role within the Strategic Planning and Performance (SPPU) directorate will support the reporting of student management information by assisting in the design and development of data dashboards. A key component of the role is to support the newly formed Student Data team with the move to automation and self-service.

Responsibilities

Support the reporting of student management information.
Provide management information on City St. George’s students for internal audiences.
Assist in the design and development of data dashboards.
Support the Student Data team with the move to automation and self-service.

Requirements

Experience of student record systems (e.g. SITS).
Experience of data analysis.
Experience of delivering high-quality reports that communicate clear insights to key stakeholders.
Highly numerate with experience of analysing a range of data.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive, contribute to department initiatives, adaptable and eager to learn.
