About the Role
Studio Runners are integral to our Studio Operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the studio and supporting all teams. This role offers an excellent entry point into the VFX industry, with opportunities for career growth on exciting film and TV projects. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of studio operations and the diverse team, providing an inside perspective on how a VFX studio functions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visiting clients and guests warmly.
- Foster a friendly and sociable atmosphere for studio staff.
- Cover shifts during studio opening and closing hours, including front desk duties.
- Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to maintain studio stock and prepare meeting rooms and shared spaces.
- Ensure kitchens and communal areas are clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Contribute to event ideas with the Studio & Culture team and assist in planning and execution.
- Collect and share feedback to enhance the working environment.
- Manage deliveries and pickups.
- Support Production teams during key client meetings.
- Assist Production with placing post-show merchandise orders.
- Provide general administrative support across the studio.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Organize deliveries and pickups.
Requirements
