About the Role
This is a brand new role at DASH focused on ensuring systems, processes, and ways of working are fit for purpose during rapid scaling. The role involves mapping and redesigning core cross-functional processes, owning the business systems landscape, and embedding AI foundations into daily practice. It is an individual contributor role reporting to the Operations Director, focused on influencing and rallying specialists from different teams.
Responsibilities
- Map and redesign DASH’s core cross-functional processes.
- Identify opportunities to remove manual or duplicated work through process redesign and AI/systems integration.
- Own the system architecture and roadmap to support business growth.
- Recommend process changes, automation, or new tools, and build business cases.
- Embed existing AI foundations into daily practice across teams, focusing on skills, automations, and workflows.
- Act as the subject matter expert for AI within the business.
- Measure the adoption and impact of AI tools.
- Design and embed enhanced ways of working for an AI-forward business.
- Act as the named owner for strategic cross-functional projects.
- Support ad hoc cross-functional projects and process reviews.
- Take responsibility for assigned B Corp questions.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the SLT.
Requirements
- Experience redesigning or owning cross-functional processes in a scaling business, ideally FMCG or a fast-moving consumer-facing company.
- Proven track record of turning complex, cross-departmental problems into clear process ownership and measurable improvements, without direct authority.
- Practical, hands-on experience embedding AI tools and workflows into a business, demonstrating measurable adoption.
- Comfortable assessing systems landscapes and recommending solutions (process change, automation, or new tools).
- Confident running strategic cross-functional projects as an individual contributor.
- Pragmatic, hands-on mindset focused on building capability and momentum.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Evidence of a strong interest in AI and technology at a professional level.
- Commercially astute with the ability to build business cases for projects.
