About the Role
We are an interdisciplinary and modern therapy team focused on mobile care, aiming to optimally support patients where they live by strengthening their resources and actively shaping their daily lives with professional competence and genuine appreciation. We are seeking mobile occupational therapists in Berlin to therapeutically support our partner nursing homes and senior residences, with an optional leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Occupational therapy treatment directly in senior residences and nursing homes
- Promotion of motor skills, cognition, daily living skills, socio-emotional competencies, and independence
- Conducting individual and group therapies
- Creating individual therapy plans and documenting treatment progress
- Support with assistive device provision, adaptation, and integration into daily life
- Independent organization of the therapeutic daily routine
- Close collaboration with nursing staff, physicians, and relatives
Requirements
- Trained and/or state-recognized occupational therapist (m/f/d)
- Enjoyment of working in geriatrics
- Desire for flexible and independent work
- Employment in full-time or part-time possible
- Class B driver's license
