About the Role

This role involves leading and supporting finance transformation initiatives, providing strategic perspectives, and managing engagement delivery to help clients address key challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and sustainable change.
• Provide strategic perspectives on finance and accounting organizations, leveraging industry trends, market insights, and leading practices to help clients address key challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct and oversee assessments of business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement and value creation.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights through the development of interactive dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics utilizing Power BI.
• Manage all aspects of engagement delivery, including planning, budgeting, staffing, execution, client communications, and the successful achievement of project objectives.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and independent thinking in engagement management, including problem-solving, solution development, risk identification, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.
• Support business development and go-to-market initiatives through proposal development, relationship management, identification of opportunities within existing client accounts, and delivery of exceptional client service.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, constructive feedback, performance management, and career development support while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, finance process improvement, or finance advisory services.
• Knowledge of end-to-end finance and accounting processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Experience within or serving organizations across a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, or related industries.
• Experience within a consulting or professional services environment.
