About the Role
We are looking for motivated working students to support us with various office tasks in the energy industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience, acquire practical skills, and contribute to interesting challenges.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the targeted recording, checking, and maintenance of relevant master and energy data for commercial customers.
- Independently prepare and select data for the smooth execution of direct marketing campaigns, thereby improving B2B customer data quality.
- Maintain reports and collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and cooperation management departments.
- Handle occasional front office administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Good numerical understanding.
- Affinity for numbers and enjoyment of working with data.
- Organized and structured work approach.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and interest in digital work processes.
- Detail-oriented and reliable working style.
- Dependability and enthusiasm for active contribution.
- Ideally, initial experience in office tasks.
