About the Role
We are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as trainees and students, offering a springboard for successful careers in the insurance and finance industry. You will become a sought-after expert, analyzing customer insurance needs, calculating offers, closing contracts, and assisting with claims and benefits management.
Responsibilities
- Become a sought-after expert in all insurance and financial matters.
- Analyze customer insurance needs and calculate offers.
- Conclude contracts and ensure customers feel well-protected.
- Become the first point of contact for claims and benefits management, often acting as a rescuer in need.
Requirements
- Possess a secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife), (technical) university entrance qualification (Abitur), or a comparable degree.
- Enjoy helping people and always seeking the best solution.
- Be curious, engage in discussions with others, and enjoy teamwork.
