About the Role
You will work directly with the founders and own large swaths of the product surface area. This is not a feature-factory PM role, but rather an ownership role. This role is highly cross-functional and highly visible. You’ll influence onboarding, campaign systems, AI workflows, enterprise features, and more. If you want to own meaningful surface area, work directly with founders, and build something category-defining — this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes: define problems clearly, propose solutions, ship quickly, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
- Turn ambiguity into clarity: shape the roadmap, not just execute it.
- Partner tightly with engineering and design: drive product from idea → spec → launch → iteration.
- Obsess over customer success: deeply understand why advisors churn, why campaigns fail, and how to increase activation and retention.
- Balance speed with rigor: ensure the right things are shipped fast.
- Operate at startup velocity: handle context switches, shifting priorities, and aggressive timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience shipping products in fast-moving startup environments
- Strong product judgment - ability to form and defend opinions quickly
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Experience working on B2B products
- You are an owner and proactive in fixing issues.
- You thrive in high trust / high autonomy environments.
- You move at the speed of light and value momentum.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity.
- You are customer-obsessed and care about driving outcomes.
- You communicate clearly and directly, and push back when needed.
