About the Role
Orchestration Works is a new division at Ensemble focused on rapid innovation in healthcare revenue cycle management using AI and automation. This role will own the product practice for this division, managing the intake funnel, ROI thesis discipline, and operating cadence to drive cutting-edge technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the single intake funnel for prioritized operational and clinical problems.
- Prepare initiatives for portfolio admission, ensuring problem framing, ROI thesis documentation, and pod composition.
- Maintain the ROI thesis discipline, measuring initiatives against documented hypotheses.
- Run the three-gate operating cadence: portfolio admission, concept gate lock-or-kill, and production readiness.
- Prepare decision materials for the General Manager and validation team.
- Own outcome measurement against baseline and reporting into Control Tower.
- Set the standard for pod Product Managers regarding scoping, prioritization, validation planning, and initiative ownership.
- Oversee the interaction design standard for OW outputs, ensuring AI works alongside operators.
- Serve as the interface to Ensemble's Product organization to align OW's portfolio with the enterprise roadmap.
- Ensure OW's portfolio stays connected to the enterprise roadmap without duplication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with progressive leadership responsibility, including leading product managers.
- Track record of taking zero-to-one products from concept through validated, deployed solutions.
- Experience killing concepts that did not earn their way forward.
- Experience running stage-gate, portfolio, or investment-review processes with documented business cases and outcome measurement.
- Healthcare domain experience; ability to engage credibly with operational leaders on revenue cycle problems.
- Experience with AI-enabled products and rapid experimentation cycles.
- Executive-level communication; comfort presenting decisions and outcomes to C-level governance bodies.
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
- Must reside in the Austin area or be willing to relocate.
- Must be authorized to work within the United States.
