Responsibilities

Overall technical and organizational responsibility for the development of large-scale wind or PV projects, from identification to the start of construction.
Create, monitor, and adhere to project budgets and timelines.
Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analyses and derive corresponding recommendations for action.
Manage and advance planning law procedures, ensuring timely approval planning in coordination with appraisers and internal departments.
Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, including municipalities, approval authorities, landowners, and customers.
Ensure professional project communication and documentation.

Requirements

Completed degree in engineering, business administration, spatial planning, or a comparable field of study.
Several years of professional experience in the project development of wind and PV projects.
Understanding of contractual and business management contexts.
Knowledge of approval and planning law.
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style, characterized by reliability and initiative.
Strong assertiveness, negotiation skills, and commitment.
High level of planning and coordination competence, as well as teamwork skills.
