About the Role
SIBIE Ltd is seeking a dedicated and motivated Product Manager based in the UAE to own the product roadmap, manage the product backlog, coordinate teams, and deliver high-quality digital healthcare products for international markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for online pharmacy, telehealth and e-commerce platforms.
- Gather, analyse and prioritise business, user and stakeholder requirements.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog.
- Plan and manage product projects end to end.
- Lead Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with development, design, QA, and business teams to deliver products.
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of web platforms, mobile applications and e-commerce stores.
- Ensure products meet healthcare and data protection requirements.
- Coordinate testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor product performance, user feedback and key metrics.
- Prepare product documentation, release notes and progress reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a related role within a technology environment.
- Proven hands-on experience in product ownership, including managing product backlogs, writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Strong project management experience, including planning, tracking and delivering multiple projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Solid technical background with a good understanding of the software development lifecycle, web and mobile applications, APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent software.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Experience in healthcare, online pharmacy, telehealth, e-commerce or digital health platforms is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
