About the Role
This role involves ensuring the reliable operation of technical systems, offering a broad range of tasks within an established company that unifies various building technology trades. You will work on diverse projects across different properties, contributing to a positive work environment with opportunities for individual development.
Responsibilities
- Independent maintenance, inspection, and repair of complex building technology systems.
- Perform detailed fault diagnostics, identify causes of malfunctions, and implement appropriate troubleshooting measures.
- Ensure reliable and economically efficient system operation.
- Advise local contacts on technical issues and collaboratively develop individual solutions.
- Digitally document completed work using a mobile solution on your laptop.
- Create detailed service reports and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or optimization measures.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, electrical installer, energy system electronics technician, or mechatronics technician.
- Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience in building technology, even without a formal degree.
- Ideally, several years of professional experience; career starters are also welcome.
- Good knowledge of building technology, especially in heating, air conditioning, or ventilation.
- Experience with pumps.
- German language proficiency: C1 level.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Willingness to perform on-call services.
